Crestmoor Neighborhood Information
The Crestmoor neighborhood is named after Crestmoor Park, which sits in the middle of the surrounding residential area. It is located between Alameda and 6th Ave. and between Hilltop and Monaco. The history of the neighborhood dates back to the early 1900's, as one of Denver's first suburbs.
Crestmoor Highlights
Crestmoor Park, the focal point of this neighborhood, features soccer and baseball fields, tennis courts, walking and biking paths and a community swimming pool. The neighborhood is almost completely residential, offering large tree-lined streets for strolling by the large and expansive lots that line the park, with a smattering of small shops and family-owned businesses for residents to enjoy.

The homes found in Crestmoor Park vary, but are mostly large single family homes, including Tudor and Queen Anne styles, along with small mansions and ranch-styles with manicured lawns, and a bit of new construction replacing older suburban styles or increasing the size and scope of existing homes. The neighborhood is more upscale than many of its neighboring communities, so is highly sought after. Prices start around $500,000 and increase significantly from there.
