Mayfair Neighborhood Information

Mayfair is a small neighborhood tucked between Crestmoor, Park Hill, Hilltop and Montclair in the 80220 zip code. The area is changing rapidly and becoming more popular due to recent renovations and new-build condos and townhomes. Shea Homes recently purchased the University of Colorado Health Center campus in hopes to redevelop the land in the near future.

Mayfair Highlights

Due to Mayfair's proximity to Downtown Denver, the area is becoming more and more desirable. The neighborhood boasts beautiful flower gardens and playgrounds in both Mayfair and Lindsley Parks. The area is home to many who work at nearby National Jewish Hospital and Rose Medical Center, and is a short drive from either Lowry or Glendale for shopping and amenities.

The Mayfair real estate market is growing quickly, while maintaining the look and charm of the original neighborhood. Condos, townhomes and single family residences in Tudor, bungalow and ranch styles are mixed in with restaurants, office space and small retail stores. Home prices are fairly modest for the neighborhood's central location ranging from $100,000-$800,000 for single family residences and $100,000-$500,000 for condominiums and townhomes.
