The Observatory Park neighborhood, also known as University Park, is located between I-25, Colorado, Yale and University Blvd. Observatory Park is probably best known for many of the historical buildings that sit on the campus of the University of Denver and add beauty and prestige to the area. Not only is the neighborhood mature in landscaping, but it's also aesthetically beautiful with wide streets and large landscapes of grass and shrubbery. The area has a youthful energy and has all of conveniences of a college campus, from local's bars to coffee shops. One of the features of Observatory Park is its proximity to Downtown and easy access to the I-25 corridor and RTD light rail, making commuting a breeze.
