Platt Park Neighborhood Information
The Platt Park neighborhood is defined by the borders of Broadway, Evans Ave., Downing St. and I-25, in the 80210 zip code. Platt Park gets its name from the small park in the center of the neighborhood, which is directly southwest of Washington Park and bordered on the east by DU. Platt Park is located approximately half-way between Downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center, along the I-25 corridor and light rail route, great for residents commuting in either direction.
Platt Park Highlights
Old South Pearl Street is the business and social hub of the Platt Park. Originally the street was a trolley line, and is now home to trendy boutique shops, restaurants and bars. Some of Denver's most highly recommended eateries reside at Old South Pearl. Broadway, which borders Platt Park to the west, is home to Denver's Antique Row, roughly an 18 block section packed with close to 400 antique dealers.

Platt Park is a relatively small area and has a true traditional neighborhood feel with its historic bungalows and Tudor-style homes. Due to these features, its location and mature tree-lined streets, Platt Park is a highly sought after area.
