Regis Neighborhood Information

The Regis neighborhood is directly associated and centered around Regis University, which encompasses several city blocks northwest of I-70 and Federal Blvd. Regis is bordered to the south by the Berkeley neighborhood, and at some points Regis and Berkeley blend right into one another.

Regis Highlights

The University brings a college feel to this neighborhood, with features like coffee shops, cafes, and pizzerias plentiful. Two large parks, Rocky Mountain Lake Park and Berkeley Park, border the Regis neighborhood's southern edge. Residents frequent both year-round for outdoor activities like tennis and softball, and take advantage of the jogging trails that loop around the lakes at each park. Additionally, a large dog park sits on the west side of Berkeley Park, a huge draw for residents and their furry friends.

Regis Real Estate

The Regis neighborhood is one of the more affordable in the area, with most homes priced between $100,000 and $300,000. As a part of Northwest Denver, Regis has been positively affected by the redevelopment and resurgence of the Highlands neighborhood to its south and east. The Regis and Berkeley neighborhoods have their own joined neighborhood association, the Berkeley Regis United Neighbors (BRUN). This neighborhood association fills many roles in the neighborhood, from managing changes that affect the area, to promoting communication and organizing community events, which will help maintain and continue the positive growth of these neighborhoods.
