Stapleton, located in the 80238 zip code east of Quebec St., between Montview and 64th Ave., is one of the newest neighborhoods in Denver. Formerly Stapleton Airport, the area has been redeveloped as a walkable neighborhood featuring new housing, retail shopping, restaurants, parks and schools.

One of Stapleton's shining spotlights is its sustainability and plentiful activities within walking distance. There are many parks to choose from, including the local dog park, which is truly a four-legged retreat. During the warmer months of the year, the neighborhood boasts a bountiful farmer's market, and the 29th Avenue Town Center features quaint shops and local restaurants, as well as a park where residents flock to watch outdoor movies. Northfield at Stapleton is just a short distance for more shopping, multiple restaurants and entertainment at venues like Harkins Northfield 18 movie theater or the Improv Comedy Club.
